School MealsChildren at Springbank Primary Academy can choose whether to have a packed lunch, which they bring in from home, or a school dinner provided by AiP. Please see our letter regarding allergies and intolerances. Please click on the following link for the Specialist Diet Flow Chart.
AIP School Meals
Our hot meals are freshly prepared and cooked in our academy kitchens at Springbank Primary Academy through AiP. AiP have been providing our lunches since September 2014 and have now been awarded our catering contract permanently. A separate dining hall provides a space for children to enjoy healthy food at a very affordable price. Alternatively, a healthy packed lunch can be purchased or brought in from home. We ask that children do not bring fizzy drinks, sweets or chocolate to school. We are healthy school and promote a balanced diet for all our pupils.
Meals will be charged at £2.30 and can be paid for using Arbor only.
Please check if your child is entitled to free school meals - it's a simple process, just click on the following link:
If your child has an allergy/intolerance please read this letter for guidance, so that we can organise a menu, designed by AiP to meet their nutritional needs. Your child will then be able to choose meals from this specialised menu. Please complete this form and return to the school office by email email@example.com

All children can bring in a packed lunch from home. EYFS and KS1 eat this in the dining hall alongside the school dinners and KS2 eat in the main hall. In the summer children are often able to eat outside on the school field. Please do not pack any glass containers or fizzy drinks in bottles or cans and avoid sending any foods that contain nuts, such as peanut butter or Nutella sandwiches, muesli or health bars with nuts, to school with your child.
